We recommend 4 classes per week as an optimal number. But always listen to your body and if you're totally new to fitness or starting fresh, we recommend building up gradually, start with 1-2 per week!

Yes! We find the two come hand in hand. Once you start to feel stronger and healthier you will start to see changes in your eating habits and we are on hand to help you! If you want more information about our coaching programme supporting women to get to their goals, just ask us for all the info!
Absolutely! Our sessions are fully guided throughout to ensure you are safely and effectively using the equipment and correctly performing the exercises. These are not just follow along sessions, you are looked after throughout and your confidence will grow as you keep attending.
